The City of Belleville wants to give youth a voice. Many young people feel that their opinion doesn't matter, but Mayor Neil Ellis and many other community leaders disagree. They are interested in heading youth input on the issues of today and developing youth as leaders in the city of tomorrow. To do this, they have created the YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL, which will explore issues like Green Projects, Youth Crime & Safety, Community Outreach & much more.
